I have to say, this year's CNY is definitely special. Yesterday, the first day of CNY, the most important day in the 15 days of the Chinese New Year (with the exception of the CNY eve reunion dinner), was spent at home. HAHAHA. Yes. At home. With the television and books for company. Best of all, we actually forgot to 拜年. We were THAT in touch with the special occasion as you all can tell.
Today, the second day of CNY, was spent with a nice show at the circus 上海马戏城 in the morning. Walked and walked and walked through 南京路 in the afternoon. Oh oh! We remembered to 拜年 today already. =) HEEEEEEEEEEE.
Before i go off, i have to specially mention the NICEFIREWORKS that were in the sky from 12-12.30am on January 26. Everyone in the area seem to share the same wonderful idea to release fireworks at the same time and the dark sky was illuminated with beautiful, vibrant colors that sparkled in the air before disappearing. Its SO BEAUTIFUL!! I actually lay down on my bed and watched the firework display. Right from my bedroom window. The sight is wondrously amazingly unforgettable. Words will not do it justice so i shall not even try to explain =)
Okay. I shall post some pictures tomorrow or something when i decide to upload the pics into my laptop. I SHOULD be off to do some homework before watching a movie later on.
