This is the first time my muscles actually ache immediately after yoga lessons..

Today's yoga lesson is really fun. hahahha..



The weather in Shanghai really changes very quickly.
Just 2 days ago it was still SUPER HOT AND HUMID and now it is really REALLY COOLING =)
Just like when you are in an air-conditioned room =D
